“Well I must say when I booked online I was a little skeptical because the cost was amazing, especially since it was the day of my arrival. But I must say everything I needed was close by and the hotel was really nice. That was the best sleeping bed ever and I have stayed at some 5 star places and that bed was definitely a top 5. I do a lot of traveling and I hope this franchise will think about having more locations on the east coast.”

“Charming cottage with updated decor. The host was very comucative during a power outage due to storms. The kitchen was nicly stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was nice, but the backyard was not very usable due to some leftovers from repair work taking up the grassy area.”

“The sun room is the entryway and is up a few (5?) steps from the driveway. The open kitchen, dinning and family is roomy for 4 people. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are just off of the kitchen ares. The spacious master suite is up a long flight of stairs. It features a king-sized bed, a walk - in shower. Lots of power and usb outlets, a stunning view of the Potomac River. Also available through the master bedroom is the Laundry Room that has massive washer and dryer.The kitchen has a Keurig 2.0……

“We enjoyed our stay! It is a peaceful spot (especially outside by the water) and we really enjoyed the sunset and bird watching. I was frustrated with the communication (or lack of) from the rental company. They were non-responsive until right before our trip. Another reviewer mentioned the smell of moth balls. It was noticeable for us, and we had to air out the kitchen/living room. That helped, but I wish it was something we didn’t have to deal with. ”

“Beds and pillows were remarkably comfortable. Walkable to a convenience store and Dunkin Donuts, but the breakfast at the hotel was really good! Friendly and helpful staff.”
